Pretty cool.
Population grew by 6 million during past 4 years but 22 million new gun owners. 40% of gun buyers during past four years were first-time buyers.
We need to help educate them., on a number of levels.
Start by going to the range with them and be sure to talk politics with them.

It seems the current state of law enforcement, or lack there of, in my area is a big motivating factor. We had a home invasion (the police refused to call it that, but when armed men break into an occupied home…) just down the street. I’ve since help several neighbors on the road to firearms ownership.

Looks like all those newbys started seeing the writing on the wall and started doing something about it! Now they have an about even chance of defending themselves, IF they have the will to pull the trigger on two, or four, legged vermin!
