Win 25acp 45gr Expanding Point?

Got a box or 4 of these! Anybody else have an opinion on 'em? They sure don't expand! They're the ones with the pellet in the nose.

I shot some of them. If you pull the BB out of the nose and load the round into the chamber by hand so as to not damage it, they expand a little if you fire them against a concrete block.

Aren't these in the same class and the "lung remover" rounds Biden is so fond of?
