Heli-Hunters in Texas donates all wild hog kills to low income families! They even deal with mobile slaughter companies to process the meat.

Here in Wisconsin it is illegal to sell wild game, of any kind. Has been for many years.

I saw a hunting show about this company. Yes night vision and the deer must be head shot to qualify for sale. Apparently they are so over run with axis deer this was the best solution.

Here wild game is not allowed to be sold either. You can donate to a food bank but have to use a specified butcher and pay out of pocket.

The Lacy Act prohibits the sale of wild game. I am guessing that with AXIS Deer being listed as an Invasive Species is how they work around it. Also I would expect that they are not indigenous to Hawaii and would fall more into the exotic game category. Personally, I do not see an issue with it being legal.
