It's cool using heavy equipment all right, but the biggest I ever ran was just a middle-size Caterpillar backhoe. Loved to hear her diesel purr to life.

The foundation was really bad, cracked on all 3 sides- no solid cores or rebar! Couldn't be saved. Now a new foundation and it will be 2 stories.

Nice. Two bays for vehicles and a third for lofting boats, with a man cave with beer cooler upstairs.
