Winston Churchill
I just received the word that master engraver Winston Churchill left this world to be with his maker about seven hours ago . RIP
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !

He certainly was a master of his art, the engraving work is really beautiful. May he rest in peace.

They’ve got a Parker what was a VHE 28 at Jaquas he engraved for I think 75k that would be nice . And Galazan has or had a Remington R-32 he had engraved and was in the 72 or 73 Gun Digest that I’d really like to have but that ones around 85k if my memories correct .

I saw Weldon Lister post about him and unfortunately, I was not aware of this man or his work. I was puzzled because the only Winston Churchill I every knew of was the former Prime Minister.
Hate to hear of any master craftsman leaving the world though. I have now made myself familar with some of his work and he was truly a master.
