Server issue with new posts??? FIXED (Sort of....)

Server issue with new posts??? FIXED (Sort of....)

Anyone else seeing "Server Errors" when starting new posts?

I can start and preview -- then submit -- a short 1 to 5 words posting as a test (and then delete them) -- but when I try to post anything longer than that -- if fails...

What to do ? ? ? :?:

Well dang No.7, I'll bet the FBI has stepped in to have you "deplatformed". If we never hear from you again we'll just figure you are on a Guantanamo vacation.

My most recent problems were due to some browser issue, not the forum. Closed the browser, restarted it and things functioned normally.

Couple weeks back I read a post ( don't remember which one) and tried to post a reply but when I hit SUBMIT I got a message about the server not working or some such, hit submit again and same thing. Then I left for work and forgot about what I had written... lost forever!

I have had problems to, maybe MI5 in my case... :?

HELP ME please ? ! ? ! Mods ? ? ?

I can preview a post, then submit it -- then delete it -- and a 1-word post seems to work OK. (It was called "test" -- you will see several in the server history)

Then I started the new post I want to do, building it a couple sentences at a time -- that allowed me to preview and save a draft twice -- but on the 3rd time, it gets the server failure error yet again.

Rot row, says Scooby-Doo, that's rot right...

I shutdown everything and started from scratch and it still fails on me...

Well, by adding all sentences into a draft as ONE paragraph, I got all the text to load OK -- except for 27 words which were not swears... (Had to take those out of my posting -- but they were not offensive at all!) And then I got the 4 images to load...

And then finally, after about 1/2 hour tonight, and half that last night, I finally got my new post "Jumping Jack Splash" to post.

Guess I was eager to share images of my lab! 8)
