She shouldn't have run, just grab and shoot the lowlife.
These behaviors won't stop until more of them are shot, killed, maimed.
Remember Bernie Goetz? He finally had enough and I think the majority of US have had enough but until the POSUS is changed we are at the mercy of the asylum patients. ( no that's not a typo, think about it)
