OT - Kudos to Burris

Post by cnjarvis »

I called Burris Optics this afternoon to order a replacement lens cover for my Landmark II binoculars. I spent a few minutes on hold waiting for customer service to pick up but the operator checked in on me every so often to let me know that they hadn't forgotten me and to tell me how many calls were ahead of mine. Once I got through, I told the rep what I was looking for, was asked for my name and address and told that he'd send one right out. When asked how much I owed, the reply was "nothing, we'll just send it". This is not my first good experience with Burris.

If only all companies would take care of their customers this way.

I have the same experience but my binoculars were older and they weren't exactly sure which covers would fit so they sent me a large envelope with various kinds. All at no charge. Love that Burris
