Killing time !
Another forum I’m on someone asked about straight gripped shotguns so I did the following although I forgot and left out my Iver Johnson Hercules double 410 . My presentation isn’t the best but . First pic a Parker Grade 2 top hammer 10 gauge 32” , a DH 12 32” no safety and an Fox HE 12 3” 30” . In the second picture all Parker’s a VHE 12 26” skeet , a VHE 16 26” skeet and a DHE 20 30” .

Re: Killing time !
I love the look of straight gripped shotguns but my preference is for pistol gripped stocks, leveraction rifles however I prefer straight stocks, but really I guess I love 'em all.
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.

Re: Killing time !
I’ve found I can shoot equally well or equally bad whichever way you care to look at it with pistol or straight . I can say the same thing for SxS vs O/U . But I’ve probably shot way more flying targets than the normal high quantity clay target/feathered bird shooter .gamekeeper wrote: ↑Sat Aug 27, 2022 6:04 pm I love the look of straight gripped shotguns but my preference is for pistol gripped stocks, leveraction rifles however I prefer straight stocks, but really I guess I love 'em all.
