Some of you guys already live and work off-grid, and use horses, but these guys are just learning and starting. Good stuff.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Democrats engineer an economic depression, famine, assassination, false flag event, or war, in the next couple months if they can't be confident they can use election fraud to retain power. They seem desperate, and have thrown honesty and legality and morality to the wind. Sure a flip since I was a kid; JFK would be considered a right-winger by today's Democrat Party.

One kid at work, she is 22, I think, recently made the statement that JFK was a warmonger and too Conservative. She thinks AOC is normal. She makes statements and runs away. She says that dialogue is rude.
This country has created a problem.

Let the civilized ( use that loosely)world end, there will be mass panic when they can't get their $9 starpukes latte'! They don't know how to feed themselves without a microwave. Heaven forbid they don't get a signal !

The logistic problem is that if you don't live in some sort of 'commune' or other organized community of like-minded individuals, and you're anywhere near a big city, you'll run out of ammo before the parade of raiders is even getting started. That's providing somehow you manage to have enough family members awake 24/7 patrolling your perimeter, and able to respond to large gangs of well-armed killers and thieves.

Some are fortunate enough to live remotely enough that the numbers are in their favor, and if part of a community, may do well, but those of us on the outskirts of a city, whose neighbors are mostly ordinary folks who are nice but not tough and organized, will not do well if there is a total breakdown. How do you go out to your off-grid hand-pump well to get water to cook the food you stocked-up on, when some gang-banger with a stolen rifle is sniping at you...? Even the toughest of us depend on some sort of 'social norms' to have any chance for survival.

Also, total breakdown would leave the U.S. vulnerable to a military takeover and police-state environment, either from without or within.

Hopefully the worst will be another 'depression' and not too much anarchy or violence. However, the current administration seems to favor both of those things, as an excuse for them to implement emergency protocols and use unconstitutional methods before anyone can mount a legal challenge.
