I can say the low-dose naltrexone has been really helpful for many patients (also was one of the more useful things for acute CoVid last year). Nebulized glutathione (it isn't well absorbed orally), hydrocortisone (better steroid than prednisone because half-life is short so you can allow diurnal variation to reduce steroid side effects), and ivermectin, also have all been helpful.
