PYREX vs pyrex

Post by Tycer »

PYREX is borosilicate and can go from freezer to oven. Still manufactured in the EU.

pyrex is soda-lime glass and cannot go from freezer to oven. Made in the USA.

Another good product trashed by PE. Private Equity has been the death of so many good products. Close the ******* tax loophole.
Kind regards,
Tycer

PYREX is one of the best. I am trying to not let mine get broken. The newer stuff is not much of a concern. Cheaper material.
