I have not tried it and have no intention to.

I'm sure it is fine factory ammo, but its ballistics are pretty lame compared to a proper handload.

But, if you have the cash, I'm sure t is pretty good 140gr ammo.

I would like to know if it will cycle through a 92 action. I have folks asking me, now but I haven't found any of it on the shelfs yet.

I will certainly try it when I see it. I like other versions I have tried - 30-30, 35 Rem. and 45-70.

I may try it once it is available for handloading - but only after I finish off the rounds I have. I think it is of little use to have a 140gr in the lever. For me it would be plinking rounds only -

Cabela's catalog claims to have the factory ammo.

.44 mag also. Might try the .44 this summer, just to see how it does. Or might not. I generally pack a .300 Savage when I expect to need a little range anyway.
