How to stipple polymer grips....

Post by AJMD429 »

.

Here are the results of the first project.

The grip was actually from a wheelbarrow, not a handgun.

However, the puppy did such an excellent job that I think I'm going to give him my Glock to play with next time...

Reading the headline and before the text I was going to write...."just hold them against a big grit grinding wheel"...but looks like the dog does a better job. Well done Fido!---00

Ha ! But I was just wondering why you have a "before" picture of a wheelbarrow grip.

Soldering iron works too, but its no where near aggressive and positive slip free as this!
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Polymer for wheelbarrow handles? Doc....I considered you more of a redneck than that......
Shucks, I got this wheelbarrow back in 1982 and when the handles rotted off I made a new pair out of oak and made sure my hands were not going to slip off when I was pulling backwards so I made them a pistol grip with the ends bulged out a bit......

Got rid of the one tube wheel that's always seems to be flat and made it a dually with "run flats". Longevity and durability.....even strong enough to hold a cat....the cat from hell.

It's the other one; lazy dog only did the one side.
