Last of the Mohicans and a little jousting.

Post by gamekeeper »

For those who enjoy the music of Last of the Mohicans, a slightly different version comes after a bit of fun on horseback.. :o
There are so many GREAT versions of this soundtrack including the orchestra of the USAF, if you care to search for them.

I've seen them at our local Faire for years. I have all of their albums. This is a nice piece, but there are others that are even better. This is my favorite.

The joisting looks fun, it would be cool to see in person.

They had some excellent music in the film.

Ive seen Jenny O Conner in an older clip, she started playing violin at the end of high school and hard a hard go learning it, but seems to have it figured out now.

This was where the tune came from in the film, there were other excellent bits to it, the House in Rose Valley being one.

Isnt it amazing how many people post without reading the thread?

No 3 or 4 people needed to make this sound track. This guy did it all by himself. He's some sort of prodigy, the likes I have not seen before. In fact, I don't think the world has ever seen anything like him for what he does. -Tutt

Thank you for all those great video links, I enjoyed them all.. I spend a lot of time looking for such videos it is a good escape from all the Pelosi in the world at the moment.
Wes Studi was magnificent as Mugua in that great movie too. Daniel Day-Lewis is a Cousin of my landlord, I hope to meet him one day.

Another version of the theme music, this time a little French girl on a talent show. My vision always goes blurry on this one..

I've listened to Circa Paleo for years. Jenny is a wonderful violinist. The Gale is one of my favorite songs ever. Goose bumps.

Shirley doesn't joust she prefers her Mossberg 500 slug gun. . . .King Henry VIII would have been terrified of her....
