Overlooked from last season !
I found a package of eleven dove breasts left over from last year , so they were cooked tonight ! Seasoned with a Cajun seasoning then wrapped with bacon . Put in a Pyrex dish and baked at 425 for about 20 minutes then moved to the top rack and broiled for 10 minutes with the oven door open . Added some fried taters cole slaw , cucumbers and cherry tomatoes . For year old dove breast they were rather tastey !

Not much corn cut around here and no invites so far . The couple big shoots in my relative area killed few birds . I’ve not been yet .
