That's a pretty good question. Well, you'd need the basic internet connect, a web cam, cabling or wireless connection to the computer/router, the feeder and what is likely the biggest expense (or soon will be) over time, feed. Of course you need a place for the feeder. You could probably get in for $200 or less (used equipment and such) but it could easily go quite a bit higher and you have daily feed cost which will vary. Of course $200 is 3 tanks of gas today...
