Off To The Range With My Returned Marlin
I posted yesterday about my Marlin 1894 that came back from Marlin. One week turnaround. The carrier was letting a second round in. I did some quick close plinking to check for function. All is well. Here is a pic of my problem child.
I tried 3 different loads at 35 yds. Left target is Federal 210 JHP, 5 rounds. Next is Rem 170 JHP, 5 rounds. Right target is my loads of 19 gr of IMR 4227 behind a 200 gr Rem JHP. I let loose with the 10 rounds I loaded for test purposes. Next session I'll try to improve on accuracy. Chris
