I've had two. The one for an early Glock 20 was only reliable with CCI Stingers which defeated the purpose of cheap practice. Sold it to a member here (think it was Rusty) who, IIRC said it worked just fine.

Recently picked up a Glock 22 (full size 40 S&W) police trade in (gun was like new except for dead night sights and magazine) . Added an Advantage Arms 22 conv -- I've only put a couple of hundred rounds thru the conversion but so far works great. The Ad Arms conv unit (except for the barrel) is aluminum. The assembled conversion is very light.

I think you can buy the new Glock 22 LR (can't remember model #) for about the same as the Advantage conversion.

FWIW,

Paul

I have had two of them. The first one was given to one of my sons and I bought another one rather than another .22 pistol. Works great on my ancient Gen 2 Model 17. It functions pretty well with Remington Golden Bullets, Vipers, and even Thunderbolt, though the directions say not to use it. Leading is bad with Thunderbolt!
Best function is with CCI, either HP or solids or with Aguila High velocity.
In my unit, Federal blue box, American Eagle, all Winchester types will not work.

Got to handle a G44. Really nice. Yance really likes it.
Kind regards,
