IF a Box of 45 Colt is NOT Marked +P does that mean that it is loaded to the Sammi Spec of 14,000 pressure ?
For Example Underwood Makes several different types of 45 Colt ammo
Some of them are Marked +P and some are NOT Marked +P
I figure the ones Marked +P are definitely over Sammi for the 45 Colt (how much I dont know)
The Ones NOT Marked +P,does that mean that they are NOT Over Saami ?

It should mean that they are within SAAMI spec, but you should check with Underwood.
