Sifting lead shot mixed with airgun pellets in an old ammo box is a pain but it got done but what to do with all those pellets?
Well I ain't gonna shoot them all from an air gun so I called on busty Bess! She is a game gal!
I weighed 2oz and tipped it on top of 90gn of 3f.

Seems to work.

So thanks to the BB I can now use them pellets up way quicker than by an airgun
Good old Busty Bess.

Nice going Nath! Killed a big coon with those pointy pellets, spined him right through the teeth. He was trying to have his way with one of my chickens at 3 am.
I never thought about using pellets in a scatter gun! Makes perfect sense as they are going to 'right's themselves in theory. Might have to try that just for kicks!
That's really cool Nath. I remember when I was 12 pouring the 6s out of some 410 shells and replacing it with BBs from my Red Ryder. Killed a Lessor Canadian with them. I think I fired 4 of them and finally broke it's wing. It pinched me several times but no way was I letting it get away. They were scarce back then but now nearly every farmer's pond has a resident flock of them. Love the flint musket.

I'm a little disturbed about the coon trying to have its way with a chicken! I trust you mean eat it!
The only pellet I found in a fence post after shooting had clearly struck side on so I guess they may not readily right themselves.
Boris lol....I don't get involved with politics.
I'll tell you why, I can guarantee I'm going to get taxed even more and sooner or later get screwed over royally by even more dumb legislation than I already have to bare!
Thank y'all.

Could be the pellets need some spin to right themselves.
Dad always said ' only thing for certain in life are death and taxes' . You are probably right Nath!
