Winchester Model 94 & Model 70 Magazine on Sale Now

Post by Modoc ED »

I went to the big city today and at the bookstore found a new magazine on the shelves. It is a compilation of old Winchester Model 94 and Model 70 articles put together by "Shooting Times" Magazine. The name of the magazine is "Book of the Winchester Models 70 & 94". It will definitely be a keeper for reference purposes. Better get em while they last. I'd guess they will go fast.

Actually, we went up to Klamath Falls, OR. It is growing quite a bit and since it is closer, it makes good sense to go there for a quick trip. They have quite a few of the big name stores now and with a new COSCO and a Barnes & Nobel coming in the next year things will be even better. PLUS there is no "sales tax". Heh heh!!!!!

I am giving this thread a one-time bump to re-expose it to more members as I posted it late last night.

This magazine is a really really good one.

Got a copy of it a couple days ago, well worth it indeed! Lots of good info and history in it.

Went and looked in Barnes & Noble today, but they didn't have one...

Is there any way you could post a pic of the cover? It'd help with visual recognition......

If not, what is on the cover, who published it, etc.?
