A chapel too beautiful?
Just stumbled on this story about this incredibly gorgeous non-denominational chapel in the Arkansas Ozarks. It's such a stunning space that I would find it even harder than usual to concentrate on the pastor's message. Sorry Ambracol and JimT ...

Gentlemen, no argument from me on the "cathedral of Nature," but a truly great architect can help us to experience space and light in ways we would not otherwise see.

Gotta say; Never felt closer to God than in the Glory of His Creation. From treeline in the Rockies to flatwoods in Louisiana there is nothing finer. Sunrise on Okracoke ain't bad either.

Exactly right Bill but let us not forget that`s all for the glory of God that we can enjoy through Him we get a gimps of what we will some day see.

No offense to anyone intended, but I just don't do cathedrals ... and a lot of buildings just lose me. My preferred church gathering is in the bush in simple gathering places such as the photos below. Here in the States I like home meetings .. and I do attend the Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church now and then. If you look close, I am in the last photo.

Interesting building, but that's rather a lot of glass to keep clean.
