Been working non-stop this year, including most weekends, but finally got around to upgrading the grips on one of my revolvers.

And here is the "after": [/URL]
No, this isn't exactly the gun Clint Eastwood used as "The Man With No Name" in the movie, "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly", but it is close. It is a Richards-Mason conversion of the Colt 1851 Navy. However, the one Clint used retained the cap & ball reloading ram (lever) and did not have a cartridge ejector. This one doesn't have the former and does have the latter - making quite a bit more functional!
Hey Kid....something about a new set of grips and how they change the whole look....almost the same as putting mag wheels on the truck/car.........looks nice.....can I have them? I see the old grips were one piece...can't see a screw hole on the newbys.---6u

They are still one-piece grips. I just added the rattlesnakes to the existing grips.

How do you go about that J ?
I actually found the rattlesnake medallions on Amazon one day! I've had them for over half a year, but didn't have the time to install them, and was a bit hesitant to drill into the original grips. Finally did it; it took about a half an hour for each side to drill, bend and fit them. Then I epoxied them in place.
Now I. Thinking of doing a 3:10 To Yuma "Hand of God" grips.
