Okay, NOW I'm jealous...………
Once upon a time, there was a local German restaurant hereabouts, but it closed many years ago.
Another local restaurant claims to have German food, but none is apparent on the menu posted outside.
So, a real German restaurant is about 150 miles from me, in Southern Vermont.

I haven't been to the Willow Tree in some time. When they have the German band playing, it's just crazy in there. Some really good food though. I'm trying to remember what I get ... I think it's the Farmer's Schnitzel.
