Ahhhhhhh......I'm all in support of every holiday.....but that goes too far. I would not be happy if I was that guys neighbor. Makes the neighborhood look like the way President Trump described some countries.----6

It does look as if some type of plague has hit them. I guess those people just really like Halloween. Could they be Halloweenies?
