Looking for a used Dillon

Post by GunnyMack »

This site has lots of contact in all disciplines of the shooting world.
I'm a shotgun shooter more than anything, 30 odd years of competition.
When Dillon first put the SL900 on the market I bought one and love it. 5-600 rounds an hour. Like other Dillon presses a caliber change is quick. However I'm tired of swapping my 12ga to 28 ga.
So i decided to get another but the cost is up over a grand. I talked to Dillon about buying a stripped press, they wont sell one..
So if anybody knows of one please let me know :D .

Hey Gunny, I will keep my eye out around here but...could you buy one in 12 gauge and then sell off the components to sorta make a stripped press? I know it is a large cash outlay at first but I see Dillion parts going for almost retail all the time. Seems silly to me but it be what it be.
Again I will keep my eyes open in central PA.
a Pennsylvanian who has been accused of clinging to my religion and my guns......Good assessment skills.
