Now THIS looks FUN (building a Gun Room)

This company's modular stuff makes it look easy: https://www.secureitgunstorage.com/diy-gun-wall/

This version (website photo) is more boring, but certainly has an ample number of firearms....!

Their smaller 'modular safes' look nice, but I'd want to build them with a concrete-block 'surround' to buy time for fire protection.

Doctors for Sensible Gun Laws
"first do no harm" - gun control LAWS lead to far more deaths than 'easy access' ever could.

I've been thinking about building a root cellar. If I do it'll get a much sturdier room built off the side, figured on building something similar to this on the interior of the safe room but out of knotty pine. Not as modular but a lot prettier background for my guns to enjoy!

Kinda like this Hawk?
I've been installing this pine the past 5 weeks, about 2000 sq ft.

 Ya but I wasn't going to do the ceiling as it will be arched concrete. Honestly probably wont be a clean looking as your installation either (I'm a framer that hates finish work).

Ah see I'm a trim guy that hates to do framing! This job is mostly ceiling, and wrapping beams but the people are so pleased they asked me to trim the whole house!
