A cowboy gunsmith took my gun apart sitting at the kitchen table, cleaned all the parts, cut down the VERY stiff ejector spring and milled down the breechbolt pin a bit. Put it back together and now it’s working beautifully.
This guy thinks the breechbolt pin had been taken out a one point and put back in backwards. Arthur Pirkle in his book vol 2 page 142, says improper size or reinstallation of a breechbolt pin can cause sticky action in a ’92.
Well, as you had thought, the ejector spring was stiff so he fixed that too.
Well, guys, its shooting like champ now. Thank!
