I reckon you enjoy that .357 carbine as much as I do mine. How do you like that bolt peep sight?

It is just the thing needed on a levergun.

This Rossi is a full length rifle, not a carbine. You couldn't tell that from the photo. Has a full octagon barrel.

I have a Rossi .357 with 24 inch octagon barrel. I use it for pistol caliber silhouette matches and a lever action rifle caliber silhouette match..Couldnt tell you how many thousands of rounds I have fired thru mine and the only trouble I ever had with it was one time the screw that holds the trigger return spring in place vibrated out..It has been a very good rifle. Fact I see many of them at the shooting matches but some are .45 Colt or .44 Magnums..

That knife and gun pair should be able to see you through a lot of time in the woods. They look good together.
