Not happy seeing those pistols. It gets me to thinking, maybe I should have a pair of ultra cool snubbies along those lines, would they replace carrying my trusty old Commander or my ?. I don't need to see this kind of pornagraphy.

Keep the commander as a backup

I won't buy Fiocchi ammo after they failed to respond to three separate inquires about case separation in their 300 Blk loads I bought a case of.

Thanks Doc for the tip on Fiocchi. Picked it up from Big 5; too busy to load any since starting the new job.

What are they? Cut down New Services?-----6
Re: Never was good at staying inside the lines...
Jack, They're a couple of abused/modified New Services I picked up cheap with the idea of having Andy Horvath make them 'almost' Fitz specials. I asked him to just thin the trigger guard on the trigger finger side, one right one left. He shortened and rounded the grip frame too.

Andy shortens the barrel, bobs and grooves the hammer tops so you can still cock them for single action shots too. Since they were too rough for a nicer polish he suggested the brushed blue finish to both.

Haven't really learned to shoot double action well yet, so I'm starting at 7yds and trying not to stage the trigger.

Thanks Walker.....I also was thinking Fitz specials...and they would be with the cut out trigger guard. I prefer them the way you have them. Very nice work, they look like real beauties to me.
The New Service (in my experience) is a hard gun to shoot fast double action. Big guns require big hands. You ought to try shooting an 1878 Colt double action.....must be 15 pounds.---6
