Actually I meant to type "Trooper Car", or whatever the WHP calles its "squad cars" but erased it one to many times in editing...

More accurate would be to say semi-trailer... However, the truck driver was certainly brain dead. No coincidences... WY does an excellent job of warning folks of conditions, if fools ignore them... Well, if you get lucky and make thru a weather event, you're that... LUCKY. Ignore the warning of "hi-profile vehicles not recommended", and proceed anyway, any incident you're involved in, is automatically YOUR FAULT. An empty semi-truck & van trailer is the very definition of a high profile vehicle. It's taken me as long 4 days to drive from Laramie to Evanston in past... 50+ mph gusts can topple a van trailer when empty, less when certain conditions are met. And those conditions OFTEN exist in WY!

Absolutely. What I meant by "coincidences" was the timing and location of that event happening right in front of a camera.
