Is that a flashlight on top of a scope mounted to a .22 with a suppressor in the last photo?

Congratulations on the fox :D
The only CO2 gun I have now is a Luger lookalike, the power does fade in cold weather but then it's only a summer time toy.

Good lookin' fox Nath. Saw one myself Sunday evening, just after a coyote came by. Passed on both of them as they were in a field with cows and I was wanting a shot at a deer. That came at just that moment when you can no longer see antlers but can just make out the front sight through the aperture of the tang sight. Busted a huge doe with the 45-90, (300 gr. gas checked/34 gr. AA5744). She ran hard until out of sight but then it was dark. No. 2 son and I looked for a couple of hours next AM to no avail. He finally found her Tuesday, spoiled and coyotes had fed on her very much. She had run over 1/4 mile shot through both lungs with that big 45 caliber bullet. I hate it but that does happen, especially since I am not very mobile any more.

Good to hear an honest account of your lost deer.
Someone benefitted all the same.

I making that Fox picture my computer background. I like that!

BTW Nath, how much do your foxes weigh? Here in Pa. the average fox is something like 8-12 pounds. Back in the eighties I shot one that weighed 18 pounds so I had it mounted. At the time the taxidermist told me it was the biggest one he ever saw.-----6

The largest I shot was 23pounds, shot with a 222 over twenty years ago.
The smallest was about 8, a tiny vixen no bigger than a cat!

I expect from 12-16 pound normally, 18+ we call monsters.

Thanks guys.
