2017 California State Lever Action Silhouette Championships

It's official... the 2017 California State Lever Action Rifle Silhouette Championships will take place May 25 to May 28, 2017 at the Hat Creek Rifle & Pistol Club range. It is located in the northern end of the state in Shasta County along State Highway 299 East about 10 miles east of Burney, California. Thursday the 25th is practice day, Friday the 26th there will be two 40-shot Centerfire Rifle matches, Saturday the 27th will have two 40-shot Pistol Cartridge matches, and Sunday the 28th will have two 40-shot Smallbore Cowboy Rifle matches.

Final details such as fees, T-shirts, etc. are still being worked out, but I will post more information as soon as it becomes available. It would be great to see some of the folks from this forum attending!

California Rifle & Pistol Association membership required for California residents. Membership can be purchased at the match. Non-California residents can get a 3 day membership for $5.00. National Rifle Association membership is not required unless scores are entered for national record.

Entry fee: 1 event $40.00, 2 events $70.00, all 3 events $100.00

Junior shooters under age 21 shoot free.

Special categories for Woman, Senior (60+), Super Senior (70+), Junior (18-20), Intermediate Junior (15-17), Sub-Junior (under 14).

T-shirts are $17.00 each, sizes M, L, XL, 2XL

Free BBQ chicken dinner Saturday evening.
