enjoying fabulous weather down Austin way. Took my time driving in daylight over new to me roads. got to crest a number of 8000' passes and to ride down a number of 7 to 10% grades. world class motorcycle roads. and have had dry pavement with no snow, water, or ice to challenge the tires. love the warm climate, I got to see some more of the real America, where the twisted panties of the snowlakes in starbucks are far far away, where the people are in the main polite and return smiles for a smile. where I didn't get the feeling I had to watch my back because anyone who had anything to say would say it to my face. and where town after town had the main street festooned with American flags on every light pole.

so refreshing to be where the air is sweet and the conversation may center on how good that hamburger tastes at Mimi's Cafe and Icecream stop.

so good to stop along the roadside and fire up the trangia to brew a world class mug of coffee without the pagan goddess splashed around the snowflakes with tightly twisted panties. did I mention them yet?

love to drive the Texas secondary and tertiary roads. all posted 70 or 75 with traffic flowing along at 80 with passing speeds bumping 90. open road with almost no conjestion because of the sane driving speeds posted. the roads clear quickly. and you can make real time, and it makes the man van happy to sing the tire songs.

have a great family gathering assembling to celebrate the great blessings from Abba that saturate our lives.

we sincerely hope Y'All are likewise blessed with family and friends during our great American celebration of Thanks-Giving....
