I backordered a Timney AR15 trigger from Midway USA 9 days ago. I got an emailthe next morning confirming the BO. That same day I got an email saying it had been shipped. It was in my mail box
Yesterday, 8 days total.
The same thing happened years ago when I backordered a Fajun stock from them. Other things seem to take forever and a couple orders I never did get.
Quickest back order ever.

I've had mixed results with MidWay....(tho, I've hardly ordered enough from them to have much of an opinion)

I had a similar experience. Ordered a .45 Colt cylinder for my Ruger Old Army. Received an e-mail stating it was back-ordered and would be available in 8 weeks. Next day got the confirmation e-mail that it shipped!
Not that I complained.
However, I have noticed that their Customer Service has declined over the last couple of years. They just don't seem to care, or go out of their way, and they used to do both.
