Inspections are one thing, but have you ever seen the guys that climb out of a helo and onto the energized lines themselves. They use a faraday cage to keep from getting fried during the transfer. Once on the line they are okay (as long as they don't touch anything else). Still, while heights don't bother me, climbing onto a high voltage line is something I just won't do.
