A little Trench Art.

I pick this stuff up here and there. The 37MM lamp was in pieces in a box I came across in the basement a couple weeks ago. Some new fittings, cord and a retro bulb and it's back in business. Looks good in my office/ gun room.

That is cool. Where did you get the bulb those would look good on the photo below?
This is one my grandfather started on a 3" 50 caliber practice shell off of the USS Vestal. It's completion was interrupted by WWII then by his death in 1942. I finished it in 1978.

I like that one!

I got the bulb at lowes. There were several different styles. The filament is the neat part, kind of a warm orange glow to it.
