Neat interview, nice to hear something direct from somebody in the know. While I'd have preferred that 4756 never went away I am glad they are making something similar. I also appreciate him addressing several of the rumors that get bandied about.
Here's hoping they come up with a bulky fast rifle powder to replace 4759!

That was interesting: thanks for posting the link, Eric. Now I know why the Clay series of powders are available again when so many of the Australian powders are not: they are now getting them made in Canada.
So I'm thinking the safest way to go is to not get too fond of any European or Australian made powders, but to be strongly biased toward those made in North America, just because of the stupid shipping regulations which limits them to one container per ship.

Earl,
It has caused me to reconsider some of the powders I am going to try and keep on hand. I had heard about the shipping regulations as hearsay, but never from a reputable source prior to this.
