Here is the current registration procedure for those wishing to register as members on the Leverguns Community Forum. We welcome new members but due to a current heavy attack by spammers we are now deleting all new registration applications which are NOT followed up by an email to the administrators within 48 hours of the initial registration. This in order to prevent problems we've had in the past where "sleepers" have found holes in the system, activated their account and then spammed the forum.
So, here's the drill:
1. Click "Register" at the top left corner of the window at index.php
2. Accept the terms.
3. Fill out the required info, including answering correctly what ever spambot defeating question is asked at the bottom of the page.
4. Submit the request.
There, you've now created a membership application and the administrators will receive that information. However, since we continue to receive spammer registrations, you'll need to do the following as well:
5. Send an email to the address listed in the image below:
In this email tell the administrators about your request, including your username.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and cooperation. As mentioned, we welcome new members but will give the ax to any application that looks TO OUR EYES like a spambot of some sort.
