Been waiting out my buddy on this Micro .45. Pried it out of him a couple weeks ago. Now I've got all three sizes of 1911.
This thing carries really nice.
Target is the first magazine I ran through it. Of course, I HAD to shank the first shot. This was ten yards.

"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

Nice snag !
I've (sadly) found out that I just can't shoot those stubby, bushing-less 1911's, even though they carry like a dream.

I hear you Pete. I'm not really a fan either but this one seems to shoot ok. I tried it before I bought it. I prefer to carry my LW Commander but I can't always, especially in the summer. I had a Colt officers years ago but it was the steel one and was heavy for a small pistol.
Surprisingly, recoil wasn't as bad as I expected.
Sure Blaine, I will box it right up.
