There are a few different 1" tube model (4x, 3x-9x, etc) "Winchester" scopes available on PyramydAir. (google "Winchester scope for sale")

There are buyer reviews on the PyramydAir website.

I would opine that Winchester isn't making those scopes, just leasing their name to whomever is making them.
