Aren't these primers less than $40 per 1000 off-the-shelf from any given retailer?

Pretty sure my LGS had them lately for close to $40.
2 more auctions on gunbroker for $250-$300, no bids.

I see no mention of a Hazmat fee in the ad, either. I wonder how the seller plans to deal with that?

He must be selling the 5000 primer box in total ... not a 1000 pack from within it. I would have emailed the seller to make sure the 1000 in the text was a typo versus the picture.

I bought a thousand about two months ago at the LGS and paid $48 for them plus tax. I thought they were taking advantage at that price. Guess not.

They gotta mean 10,000 not just 1,000 for that price...

Looks like 3 bidders are crazy enough to pay that price, or contacted the seller to see if it was a misprint?

Well after all -- those are Federal primers. So although there are only 1000 primers there, the carton is big enough to hold 10,000. So maybe it's a really fine deal after all.

And there were four bidders. Wow!
