I believe so. Mine are both full-size (45 ACP and the 22TCM/9mm) and both are double-stack. Most parts interchange with single-stack, except the Trigger and the Magazine Release and the Slide Lock.
My Para Ordnance 'pair' are a full-size and an 'Officer'-size, both double-stack; 15 round and 12 round magazines respectively. I think that Rock Island makes 'Commander' size ones but don't know if any are 'Officer' size. Check their website - http://armscor.com/firearms/

Sweet...!
It is a great round for 'newbies' who want to try a 1911 - a bit more realistic than a 22 LR conversion, but not the wrist-snapping recoil of a 45 ACP.
It is also flat-shooting, and penetrates REALLY well (I learned not to shoot my steel gongs with it - it isn't quite as hole-drilling as a 223 Rem, but actually pretty close...).
I had always wanted to compare 9mm vs 45 ACP in the 'same gun' as far as follow-up shot speed, and saw the Rock Island in 9mm, but it had the 22 TCM barrel as well, so even more fun...

My 22 TCM is actually what the photo with the pouch is of, and yes, it's are adjustable. My 45 ACP is the more basic one with a fixed sight (which I prefer for a CCW gun). The 45's are available with adjustable sights though, as in the photo off their website, which is a 45 ACP. Again - check their website - http://armscor.com/firearms/
