Yuma gunshow after-action report
Yuma gunshow last weekend was pretty crowded and people were buying stuff. Saw quite a few nice old guns, far more than usual, Winchesters, Sharps, Borcharts, etc. (don't know if I spelled that right). Not as many EBR's as usual and lots of folks looking at them. A fair amount of powder, bullets and primers, most at not-so-bad prices, one idiot has Federal Automatch .22 at $80.00 a box, no takers. One fairly nice Marlin 39a at $475 and would not dicker. Many many handguns. No fudge, no beef jerky, only a couple of ladies selling brick-a-brack. Bought 10 boxes of Eley Tenex for $10.00 a box, otherwise brought all my money home.

Re: Yuma gunshow after-action report
$475 for a 39a in good condition is not at all unreasonable. I probably wouldn't have dickered either... Or questioned the price buying it.
