Ysabel Kid's post...T-shirts?

Post by yooper2 »

I can't help but be a little envious of Ysabel Kid's neat t-shirt. Would there be any interest in having another run of these made up? Also, does Paco own the logo/would we would need some sort of permission to do this? I'd be willing to deal with a t-shirt printer if others would be interested. What say the masses?

Can't get the photo to paste in here but it's just the logo we have in the top left.

Personally, I prefer a wider collar band of the same color material. Carhartt "henley" shirts are also really comfortable and light enough by themselves to be good in warmer weather, and yet with an undershirt, warm in colder weather also. Available both in short and long sleeves.

I'd buy one. Heck we could even mark them up a bit and use the profits for server costs and not need as much in donations every so often.

I'll talk the shirt guy in town this weekend and get some ball park prices so we have something to think on. I also agree that having the the collar the same color as the rest of the shirt would be preferable.

I would prefer the logo to be a little bigger but would be happy to order one or two.

OK gents. For a plain white or light grey (we'll need to to choose one or the other, no mix and match) short sleeve tee with the Leverguns.com logo it would be $6.25 each S-XL, XXL is $2 more per shirt. These prices assume 50 shirts. $8.45 each @25 shirts. (Keep in mind shipping as well) The shirts are made by Gildan and look to be good quality, the logo would be screen printed on the front middle of the shirt. This guy will only print on shirts he supplies. If we reach a consensus on a final product I'll start a new thread with a sign up.

Gildan makes a couple of different quality shirts... What weight cotton? Assuming 100% cotton...

Any chance he can do bigger than a xxl? I'll gladly pay any extra. Grey please. White T shirts make me look like the michelin man. Just imagine what I looked like in nursing school White shoes white socks, white pants, white T shirt and a White scrub top. If one more person had pushed on my belly and expected me to giggle and make crescent rolls....... Thanks, Tom.

Nah, I'd say you would just look like the ice cream man.
I always hated wearing all white myself.

I guess grey would be ok. Would really prefer something like navy or black but then the logo would have to be in white.
That being said, whatever is decided upon I'll buy one or two. I also liked the idea someone had about charging more to use for server maintenance, etc.

JimT and Paco handed me the keys to the site a few years ago, no strings attached. I've no problem with the guys on the forum here having a run of t-shirts made up with the logo.
