Right Place Right Time

Post by jeepnik »

A couple of years ago the wife and I were heading into a service on the eve before Easter. I saw this and quickly grabbed my camera. I've posted this before, but I figure it's time again.

I like it. I saw a lot of single crosses and 1 larger with 2 smaller ones,on the way home; thru the backroads of Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Also saw a lot of full size flags too, really lifts a guys spirits and hopes up at times.
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Both a great photo, and a great piece of art, that has real meaning.
