One of my favorite actors and martial artists. He love this country, loves guns, and is ultra-conservative! :D

My favorite: Chuck Norris once performed a round house kick that was so fast his foot went back in time and knocked down Amelia Earhart over the pacific.

I never realized he was older than me! To me his physical ability's while great, isn't the main thing I like about him but his seemly high morals are.

Hard to believe he's 75 years old. But I guess its hard to believe that I'm as old as I am too. :x

I met him a few times in CA. Seems someone was always forgetting to turn off his house alarm... and we had to respond, usually it was as they left... and didn't get out before the alarm armed itself. The first time, however, no one was home... & I had to 'break in' thru an upstairs window to make sure it was clear and turn the alarm off! I remember thinkin', "...I sure hope he ain't up here sleepin' when I get thru this window! Sure hate to shoot someone as I'm breakin' in!"

I like what he does for the American Military. He certainly supports our troops no matter which branch they are in. He was Air Force, if memory serves correctly. He is, by all accounts, a good man. I sure hope he is allowed to reach several more birthdays in good health.

My favorite episode of Walker was the one where Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, Don "The Dragon" Wilson and a couple of other all time greats were on as guest stars. the show might have been a little simplistic in its view of life, but it was a great one to watch with my kids. They could see right and wrong in the show, and they knew who the good guys were. Yes, the actress who played the Assistant District Attorney did provide some nice scenery, but I did not ever mention that since PillHer usually watched it with us.

Everyone I have spoken to who has met him say he's a very nice, humble man. Not stuck on himself at all for all his ability and achievement. That stands in stark contrast to Steven Seagal who has a very poor rep within the martial art community. -Tutt

More than in just the MA community. Maybe 7.62 will also remember when "mr ponytail" was shooting up in AK and was pretty much an absolute azz to everyone in town - expecially at the Captain Cook...

I wonder, if at 75, he still sleeps with a night light so that the dark doesn't get scared.

Black guy in Walker TR was only one in the show with an iota of acting ability. My favorite was the retired ranger who ran the bar.

TX is always interesting. Retired LEO's cannot own a liquor license where I live.

Hadn't thought of Norrris for years until his Netanyahu ad.

Years ago, my dad was in town and we decided to go to an airshow in Heber Utah. Our trip took us over the mountain thru Midway into Heber instead of taking the highway around. As we were coming down a dirt trail in the mountains there were a number of vans, production vehicles parked tightly alongside the right side of the trail where there was a meadow. It looked like a film crew setting up. As we were looking around while driving, out from between 2 vehicles on my right a guy with a saddle on his shoulder steps out right in front of my Ford Explorer...I SLAM on my brakes and stop so I wouldn't hit him....and he is just staring at us....he walks on across the trail with his saddle and disappears...my wife looks at me and says, "You almost ran over Chuck Norris!'. Sure enough, a little further up we see a trailer with a Walker Texas Ranger Productions sign on the side of it....turns out they were filming a scene where a plane had crashed. I'm pretty sure if I'd run into him the Explorer would have broken and he'd of been fine and walked away...... :-D

Having met the guy back in the 80s, I learned (from his brother) that Chuck survived a streamer jumping while his brother watched. Ever since then I figure he knows his life has been a blessing from above. (no pun)

Mick Jagger is 72, Chuck Norris is 75? -Who wouldja rather have your back in a dark parking lot?

Chuck Norris slept late once. The sunrise waited.
