New western on tv, Lone Rider, on ION channel

Post by RIHMFIRE »

Just saw a commercial about a new western called Lone Rider
with Lou Diamond Phillips, Saturday, April 12th
heres the info i found on the show.
Honored soldier Bobby Hattaway (Lou Diamond Phillips) returns to
his hometown of Pelton, Nevada, where a lot has changed since he left.
He plans to settle down, but instead finds himself on a new
battleground. He must face his boyhood friend (Vincent Spano), who is
ruthlessly aiming to become the largest landowner in the county. As he
battles this old friend turned new enemy, he engages in a
life-and-death struggle to protect himself and his family--whatever
the cost.

I hope it finds it way over here. We could do with a Western series on TV instead of all the soap opera's

The imagined smell of horse and dog sure helps those "soap" operas...

Thanks for the heads up. I heard about it a few weeks ago when they introduced Praire Fever, but the TV Guide only shows "TO BE ANNOUNCED" That's two new cowboy movies in a month! A new trend? OR, an old trend revived.
