Price help please

A single fellow down the street passed away the other day and his daughter is here cleaning out his place. She found this shotgun in the closet and asked me to see if I can get it sold so I need to get prices from you fellows. I checked Gunbroker and there are about 1800 of them up for auction and I don't have the patience to leaf through all of them.

Mossberg 500A with the black stocks, vent rib, 28"fullchoke, 2 3/4 to 3" chamber, appears unfired. Tiny bit of corrosion left side of barrel, nothing serious.

What should I try to get out of this for a quick local sale?

Start @ 150, maybe.....

I would think $250 would be tops.

Yep - $150 to $250 pretty much covers the spectrum for it.

Dang...just gave one away. Mossberg 500...won it a few years ago at a raffle, never touched the trigger. Gave it a kid at my gun club.
